You are touching on some of your core values. "Begin with the end in mind is based on the principle that all things are created twice" (Covey, 2003). The first creation is the visualization and the second is the physical. In the business world ?leadership is the first creation. Leadership is not management. Management is the second creation (Covey, 2003). Mission and vision statements are another example of beginning with the end in mind."
