This paper discusses how the first thing that comes to mind when we think of the abortion debate is conflict - most people are either strongly opposed to it, or else strongly in favour. The interesting thing is that both camps base their stance on morality - clearly highlighting how very different people's views on morality can be. The paper further discusses that neither stance can really be justified on theories that regard rights and duties as basic.
