The federal law that criminalizes marijuana is supported by non-empirical evidence, which suggest that lumber companies, police enforcement agencies, and politicians are profiteering off of marijuana as a deviant aspect of American culture. With American citizens seeking valid information to uphold this helpful drug, the law could and should be focused on decriminalization for this drug."
