"The United States Constitution guarantees each American the right to free speech and a free press. Does the government then have the right to tell you that something isn't appropriate to be said or published? No. Through control, regulation and censorship, it seems as if the only free place to publish is on the Internet. However, the government now wants to pass legislation concerning Internet content.
