The problems associated with drugs in America can be solved without a war. The drastic step of legalizing drugs will allow us to finally conquer the problems associated with drug use and crime which have continued to plague our nation despite vast efforts of ineffective reform. The information provided in this paper will serve the purpose of supporting this perspective."
