From the Paper:

" Kaiser Wilhelm II was the last Emperor of Germany. The Hohenzollern dynasty, which had ruled Prussia since 1701, ended with Wilhelm's abdication in 1918. Born in 1859, Wilhelm was the grandson of Queen Victoria of England, and the cousin of George V of England and Nicholas II of Russia. Wilhelm ascended to the throne in 1888, becoming Kaiser Wilhelm, Emperor of Germany. Raised in the rigit atmosphere of the Berlin court, his character was formed in the crossfire of his parents' liberal attitudes and Prussian absolutism. Wilhelm had become Emperor at the age of 29, but Prince Bismarck, as Prime Minister and Chancellor still exercised a great deal of power in the affairs of the German state. It was not until two years later, in 1890, when Bismarck was dismissed, did Kaiser Wilhelm exercise full control himself, as indicated by his announcement "The duty of watch-keeping in the ship of state has now devolved upon me. The course remains as it was. Full steam ahead." "

Thank you for your interest in my work. I am now a Ph.D. candidate at a top institution. Most of my work was written while at Georgetown, where I majored in International Affairs major with a double concentration in Political Economy and History. I am a National Merit Scholar and I scored 1590 (out of 1600) on the SAT. You will note that my writing demonstrates the highest level of intellectual investment. I have also been recognized by Academon.com with a special $500 cash award for the academic excellence of my papers. My papers are not expensive, considering that they've earned A- or A grades at Georgetown, where I was one of nine students to graduated summa cum laude (final GPA 3.91).
