To totally eliminate this conflicting atmosphere that tends to be a hurdle, and somewhat disturbs the approach towards the accomplishment of a healthy environment at the cost of the economy, numerous attempts to bring about a reconciliation to develop a so-called free market environmentalism are being pursued."
