Conflict in the workplace can be caused by a lot of things, such as inadequate staff training, motivation and support in dealing with conflict, an organization that prefers to avoid little conflicts and lets it escalate into bigger conflicts. Noble adds that conflict is a natural thing and should be seen as an avenue to share ideas, build relationships, swap opinions and create solutions (Noble, 2008, p. 14)."
