"Mobility products are those products designed to meet the functional needs of the customers while he/she is in movement. Example: Laptops in place of computer desktops, mobile phones in place of telephones etc. Important features in mobility products are they need to be compact, less weight, flexible, dynamic and adaptable. Mobility products do well in those markets where people are highly flexible and travel a lot.
"The three target countries as per my opinion would be India, china and Brazil. The main reason for my selection is that all these three countries are emerging markets and have great potential to grow. Let us analyze each of these countries with Porter's diamond."
