From the Paper:

"In addressing the issues of whether there is gender discrimination in the sectors indicated, one must examine the implications for the stakeholders. In a company, the stakeholders are its employees and customers. Maximizing employee productivity is the ultimate objective in every organization. Therefore the management must build the best possible working conditions for the employees. In this respect, the issue of building the right organizational culture becomes a critical success factor. The effectiveness of the organizational culture depends on the top leadership. Therefore whether the top executive is male or female will influence the organizational culture to a considerable extent. As a result sometimes it may not be feasible to make selection decisions based on qualifications. In industries which have been male dominated, bringing in a female decision maker will change the organizational culture of the company and this may result in resistance."

I have an MBA from National University of Singapore and a BBA from University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. In MBA, my major was in operations management. However I covered a wide variety of subjects in marketing, finance and accounting. My paper on the analysis of financial statements was published. I enrolled in National University of Singapore because I was offered a full scholarship from the Asian Development Bank, one of eight such awards given every year. As part of an exchange program, I also spent one quarter in University of Washington, Seattle. There I covered four subjects in marketing, statistics, operations and IT. I have also worked in a variety of professional roles that allowed to me apply my academic learnings to real life.
