It discusses how the sites are customized for retailers, value-added resellers and other businesses. The Business to consumer model encompasses the entire commerce model where businesses and consumers interact electronically or digitally in some way, usually through the internet. The ultimate goal for B2C is to entice prospects, turn them into customers, and then to retain these customers, sharing value throughout the process.
