As the awareness level among the general public is increasing and people are expecting the companies to be more socially and morally responsible, organizations have started to seriously consider the ethical aspects of their business. In this regard, a lot has been discussed by management gurus and several theories have been presented. The objective of this paper is to discuss these theories and concepts in terms of a typical highly competitive market environment."
