This is an analysis of medical and nursing professions and how they differ. Nurses are separate from doctors in power. Some doctors regard nurses as their servants. When certain doctors drop a pen, they expect the nurse to pick it up. One reason is that doctors usually are men while nurses are women. Another reason is that doctors often see only themselves as being professional.
