"Does fairness imply treating everyone equally? 1. Model Case a. A situation where I would answer yes to the question whether fairness implies treating everyone equally would be in the case of healthcare. Each person, no matter what his or her race, age, gender, religion, social or financial status, or view has the right to medical treatment. When we first visit doctor it is fair that the doctor pays attention equally to all of us. b. This is a model case because the healthcare system in Canada is based on this principle of fairness."
